1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you ") and zz777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the zz777 website at https://zz777.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zz777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. zz777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on zz777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zz777 strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at registration, at any point during your use of the platform, or prior to processing a withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts may not be registered or operated on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or group of persons.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity under applicable law are prohibited from registering.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Any submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

zz777 strongly recommends that players:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable OTP verification for new device logins where available.
• Log out of their account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact zz777 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.

zz777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All transactions carried out using your login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a suspected security breach to zz777 in advance of those transactions occurring.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

zz777 supports the following payment methods for players registered in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the zz777 cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zz777 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and to an account registered in your own name. zz777 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash: typically within 15 minutes of approval
• Nagad: typically within 30 minutes of approval
• Rocket: typically within 60 minutes of approval
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, others): 1–3 business days

zz777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, review of betting patterns for compliance with these Terms, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zz777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential account termination.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zz777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

The following general betting rules apply across all zz777 products:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed on your screen. zz777 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your side.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, except where a specific cashout or edit-bet feature is available and expressly offered for that market.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering.

• For cricket betting, match and market results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, void, or rescheduled, the applicable void rules stated in the sportsbook rules will apply.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zz777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the zz777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zz777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zz777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any zz777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any zz777 software.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Upon termination, any outstanding balance of real money (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification or investigation.
